Key Responsibilities
------------------------
- Resident Care & Support
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
- Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
- Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
- Health Monitoring & Documentation
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
- Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
- Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
----------------------------
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
