Assisted Living Caregiver

The Aristocrat Assisted Living Community in Alamogordo is currently seeking multiple eligible Caregivers to join our staff this Fall season. As one of our esteemed Caregivers, you will be tasked with accompanying the needs of our facility's residents with attentiveness, consideration, and respect. Our openings are available for shifts all throughout the day: daytime, evening, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, resident-centered care in a safe and supportive environment.
• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance.
• Monitor residents and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
• Promote residents' comfort and independence through companionship and encouragement.
• Work with fellow team members to support each resident's care plan.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment.
• Treat every resident with dignity and respect.
