Job Duties

2-3 shifts (8hr) on floor weekly

Filling shifts as needed

Manage daily operations

Oversee resident engagement

Participate in Family, Resident, Food Councils

MAR management & medication inventory

Oversee Care of our 20 Residents

Staffing (hiring and scheduling)

Initial and ongoing staff training

Communication with families and outside providers

Infection Control Officer

Assist Administrator in maintaining CDPHE compliance and records

The House Manager will play a vital role in oversight of daily operations but also is expected to be on the floor providing care to our residents. The House Manager will work closely with the Administrator to lead a compassionate team dedicated to providing extraordinary care for our residents.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
