Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment using schematics and tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct welding and residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community’s buildings.
• Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and servicing fixtures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies.
• Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently.
• Lead or collaborate with team members on complex repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical schematics, or HVAC systems.
• Support manufacturing or other operational processes within the community that require mechanical or electrical expertise.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards while providing excellent customer service to residents and staff.
