Assisted Living Manager

We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Assisted Living Manager.

The right candidate will have experience in an assisted living setting preferably in a management role.

Core Responsibilities (Not all inclusive)

• First and foremost to enrich the lives of our residents
• Managing/monitoring resident physical and emotional well-being
• Hiring/Training/Supervising/Mentoring Care Staff
• Maintaining adequate Care Staff scheduling to meet resident needs
• Creating health and wellness programs for residents
• Compliance with DHS 83 CBRF regulations
• Communicating in a professional manner with health care providers and resident families

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field preferred (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Experience with frail elders and persons with dementia
• Clear Background Check
• Must pass TB, drug screen and physical requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education

• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• caring for those with Dementia/Alzheimer's: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification

• Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator (Preferred)
• RN or LPN License (Preferred)
