Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Assisted Living Manager.
The right candidate will have experience in an assisted living setting preferably in a management role.
Core Responsibilities (Not all inclusive)
- First and foremost to enrich the lives of our residents
- Managing/monitoring resident physical and emotional well-being
- Hiring/Training/Supervising/Mentoring Care Staff
- Maintaining adequate Care Staff scheduling to meet resident needs
- Creating health and wellness programs for residents
- Compliance with DHS 83 CBRF regulations
- Communicating in a professional manner with health care providers and resident families
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field preferred (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Experience with frail elders and persons with dementia
- Clear Background Check
- Must pass TB, drug screen and physical requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education
* Bachelor's (Required)
Experience
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- caring for those with Dementia/Alzheimer's: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator (Preferred)
- RN or LPN License (Preferred)
