Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant / Medication Aide to join our assisted living team at Hillcrest Silver Ridge in Bellevue, NE.

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant / Medication Aide, you will provide quality personal care and medication support based on each resident’s individual needs and service plan. You will help residents with daily routines while creating a positive, safe, and respectful living environment.

You will

• Provide medications to residents by following the five rights of medication administration and accurately document medication support.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and use of adaptive devices such as hearing aids, glasses, and dentures.
• Take vital signs as ordered and promptly report out-of-range findings to the Nurse Manager or Director of Health Services.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, needs, or concerns to nursing and incoming or outgoing shifts.
• Assist residents with meals and dining, including guiding residents to and from meals and ensuring residents are accounted for.
