Bilingual Home Caregiver Supervisor

Job Summary

Kingsway Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced home health aid/Home maker/ Home Caregiver Supervisor to oversee and support our homemaker and caregiver staff providing in-home services to adult our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, client-centered care, staff supervision, compliance with agency policies, and coordination of services to promote patient safety, comfort, and independence in the home setting.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision & Management

• Supervise, support, and evaluate homemakers and caregivers providing in-home services
• Conduct routine supervisory visits (in-person and virtual) to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, orientation, and training of caregiver staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action when needed
• Ensure staff adherence to care plans, schedules, and agency policies
• Review and ensure implementation of individualized care plans
• Address client concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage of client needs
• Manage call-offs, replacements, and staffing adjustments in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of staff assignments and service delivery
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with state regulations and agency standards
• Conduct home visits to assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiative
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Provide education and guidance to families regarding care services
