Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in the home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to improve the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalized care. This role requires a commitment to patient monitoring and assistance with daily living activities.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Monitor and document vital signs, ensuring any changes in health are reported promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Help clients engage in social activities and maintain their independence as much as possible.
• Administer CPR and first aid when required, ensuring safety at all times.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored assistance based on their unique needs.
• Prepare healthy meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Medication reminder.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living, nursing homes, or in home care is preferred.
• Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment is a plus.
• CPR certification is highly desirable; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have reliable transporation.
• Must be at least 19yrs old.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
