Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and patients in various care settings, including home care and hospice environments. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you serve.

Duties

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, particularly for those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space to promote a safe environment.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Must be fluent in spanish language

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or senior care is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus.
• Certification in CPR or first aid is beneficial.
• Experience with patient monitoring and dementia care will be highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.75 - $21.00 per hour
