• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour (DOE & performance)

This position is perfect for college students, retirees, parents looking for morning hours, or anyone wanting meaningful part-time work. No experience? No problem! You'll work alongside one of our experienced caregivers, who will serve as your mentor while you learn the role.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Caregiver, you'll help support our morning routine by assisting the primary caregiver with daily household and resident care tasks, including:

• Assisting residents with getting ready for the day
• Shower and personal hygiene assistance
• Helping residents get dressed
• Light meal preparation and setting the table
• Cleaning up after breakfast
• Laundry
• Light housekeeping and organization
• Providing companionship and encouragement
• Assisting with other daily household tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Negative TB test upon hire
• Willing to obtain a State-approved CPR & First Aid certification (if not already certified)
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Pay & Growth
