Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with Precision Senior Helpers, you will provide hands-on support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assisting with medication management according to resident care plans and applicable requirements
• Preparing meals and assisting residents with eating when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining clean resident and common areas
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interaction
• Monitoring residents and promptly reporting changes in health, behavior, or condition
• Following individual care plans and established procedures
• Communicating effectively with other caregivers, management, and healthcare professionals
• Providing compassionate, dependable care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Required: Experience working in an assisted living home, memory care setting, residential care home, or group home environment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of caregiving practices and resident safety
• Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and established procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, compassionate, patient, and committed to scheduled shifts
• Weekend availability and reliability are strongly preferred

Employment Type

Independent Contractor (1099)

We offer opportunities for caregivers who are looking for PRN, part-time, or full-time hours. In addition to regularly scheduled shifts, caregivers may have opportunities to pick up open shifts based on client needs and availability.
