Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed * Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment * Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors * Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans as directed * Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

Requirements

* Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred * Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for clients in need * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
