ABOUT THE ROLE

We're currently hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. If you're passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life and want a role that respects your time and expertise , we'd love to hear from you.

Once onboarded, you'll work alongside the dedicated Care Partner team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best caregivers on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Partners !

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping * Complete and d ocument all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift * Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team * Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app * Communicate with your Care Partne r regarding any case updates or client changes * Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment * Maintain client confidentiality at all times Additional **shift opportunities (b...
