Job Summary

The Cottages of Dartmouth Village, a premier senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing hands-on support, building meaningful relationships, and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Document care and services provided
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life
