In Home Care Agency LLC Location: Silver Spring, Maryland 20906 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. — 15 hours per week

Prestige In Home Care Agency is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to support an adult client with mobility and muscle coordination challenges. We’re looking for someone who can consistently commit to the schedule and provide patient, respectful, and attentive care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support safe walking, transfers, and mobility according to the care plan.
• Prepare meals and provide patient, unhurried assistance with eating.
• Provide companionship through reading aloud, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with prescribed home exercises and communication activities as directed by the care team.
• Complete light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
• Follow the care plan, document services, and report changes or concerns to the agency.
• Arrive on time and communicate promptly about scheduling or care needs.

Qualifications

• CNA, GNA, or HHA certification, or relevant training and experience as a PCA.
• Previous experience supporting adults with mobility limitations and providing hands-on personal care.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Fluent spoken English and strong reading comprehension to read aloud, engage the client in conversation, and follow care instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Patience, sound judgment, and a consistent commitment to all three scheduled days.

Interview Process

Selected candidates will participate in a meet-and-greet with the client’s family before a placement decision is made.
