Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Companionship

• Light housekeeping
• Transportation assistance (if applicable)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• CNA or HHA certification
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Negative TB test (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver's license (if providing transportation)
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Application Question(s)

• Do you have at least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (home care, hospital, or nursing home)?
• Are you currently certified as a CNA or HHA, and (if CNA) listed on the Alabama Nurse Aide Registry?
• Do you have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits (if required)?
• Are you able to pass a background check and provide/obtain a negative TB test, as well as maintain current CPR & First Aid certification?
• What is your availability?
• Are you comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, toileting, mobility, and lifting/transferring clients if needed)?
• Are you willing to travel to any of the following service areas? (Birmingham | Tuscaloosa | Huntsville)
• Are you comfortable using a mobile app to clock in/out, document care, and communicate with the office?
