Job Description

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring clients’ health and well-being, administering medications as needed, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and supporting clients with ambulation
• Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in clients’ health conditions and needs
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care
• Encouraging independence and enhancing clients’ quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care

Requirements

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, candidates are expected to have:

• Certification in Virginia as a CNA / HHA / PCA
• Prior experience in home care or a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• A compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude
• The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends (preferred)

Pay Rate

As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, the pay rate is: $16 – $25 per hour (depending on shift type and duration)
