### Job Description

Stay in Home Care & Medical Staffing is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable overnight caregivers to join our team!

We are currently hiring Overnight Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide quality, personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes during nighttime hours.

Our overnight caregivers play an important role in ensuring clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, attentive, and passionate about helping seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and quality of life.

CNA certification is preferred but NOT required!

We welcome applicants with previous caregiving experience as well as individuals who have a genuine passion for helping others.

### Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate overnight care and supervision to clients in their homes.
• Monitor client safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night.
• Assist with nighttime routines, including personal hygiene, toileting, repositioning, and mobility assistance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client needs during overnight hours.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and other household tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
• Observe and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or overall well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during overnight shifts.
• Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure clients receive consistent, quality care.

### Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to client needs.
• Ability to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout assigned overnight shifts, when required by the client's care plan.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, when applicable.
• Proof of automobile insurance, when applicable.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to providing consistent overnight care.
