Available Schedules

• Full Time : Overnight shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Part Time 2nd shift 3:00PM-11:00PM
• PRN / Flexible: Pick up shifts that fit your schedule

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you'll help residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for by assisting with:

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Medication reminders
• Communication with nursing and care teams
• Maintaining a safe, positive environment
• Supporting resident engagement and quality of life

Ideal Candidates Have

• Compassion for seniors and a teamwork mindset
• CNA, PCA, NA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant experience
• At least one year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Ability to pass a background screening

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old ( or have valid CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNA certification preferred but not required
