Caregivers, CNAs & HHAs – Boston Area

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-Time | Minimum 24 Hours Per Week

Peace of Mind Home Health Care is a locally operated home care agency providing personalized care and support to seniors throughout the Greater Boston area.

We are looking for experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team.

Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We value individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and genuinely enjoy caring for others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with mobility, walking, and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and our office staff

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers
• Availability to work at least 24 hours per week
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred and may be required for certain facility assignments
