Caregiver (CNA/PCA) PT 3p-11p Weekends

is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support and companionship that enhances the daily lives of residents. Your presence, attentiveness, and compassion will help ensure each resident feels safe, supported, and valued every day.

### What You'll Do

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

### What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
