Caregiver/Companion Needed for Disabled Male Military Veteran

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver/companion to assist a disabled male military veteran in his 40s. This role focuses on providing companionship, support with daily activities, and helping maintain a comfortable, positive home environment.

Responsibilities: Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities

Medication reminders and management

Prepare meals and assist with feeding

Assist with transfers, dressing, and toileting as needed

Transport and accompany client to medical appointments if needed

Light assistance with daily living activities

About the Client: The majority of the day is spent providing companionship—watching TV, talking, and simply being present. We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, respectful, and dependable.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Must pass a background check

Ability to safely assist with transfers

(caregiving experience preferred but willing to train the right person)

Compassionate, dependable, and respectful Male and female applicants are welcome to apply; however, a male caregiver is preferred due to the client's personal care needs.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
