Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Caregiver/Companion to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support, companionship, and assistance in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and eager to help individuals maintain independence and well-being.

Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness of living areas and organizing to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards in healthcare settings.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and instructions.
