Caregiver

River Place Assisted Living, our state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care community in Forsyth, Georgia, is seeking Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and a passion for providing quality healthcare.

#### Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
• Document medication administration accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper medication management and patient care
• Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Provide support and assistance to patients with special needs

#### Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in an acute care or medical office setting is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Ability to accurately phlebotomize patients is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
