Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to senior individuals in the comfort of their homes. In this vital role, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your patience, empathy, and commitment will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in your care.

Schedule

Friday and Saturday 10AM-8PM

Pay Rate

$23/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques and equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Administer reminders for medications as directed by the care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or health concerns.
• Collaborate with family members and the care team to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience, preferably in senior care or home care settings.
• Experience working with seniors with mobility limitations, dementia, or special care needs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, reliability, and professionalism.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Female Caregiver required.
• Experience with Hoyer Lift and gait belt assistance preferred.
