Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with grocery shopping and running errands.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, or personal care experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
