Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic In-Home Caregiver to provide personalized support to individuals who need assistance with daily living. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.

Provide homemaking services such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and organizing the home.

Offer companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence and participation in daily activities.

Assist with medication reminders and help clients follow their daily routines and care plans.

Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when needed.

Observe changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being and communicate concerns to family members or supervisors.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment while following health and safety guidelines.

Follow individualized care plans and respect each client's privacy, dignity, and personal preferences.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, personal care assistant, or in a related healthcare role is preferred.

Experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while remaining dependable and organized.

Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required, depending on client needs.
