We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care in a home setting. Schedule Available shifts include:* Monday: 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM * Tuesday: 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM * Wednesday: 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM * Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

*Every other week** Saturday: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm * Sunday: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

Pay

* $20/hour – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW) * $32/hour – Registered Nurse (RN)

Bonus Opportunity

Earn a $500 bonus:* $250 after completing the CDCP online course * $250 after 6 months of employment

Key Responsibilities

* Provide full assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) * Assist with transfers using a Hoyer/patient lift * Support personal care (oral hygiene, bathing, dressing) * Assist with toileting, including tracking intake and output * Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and oral suctioning * Tube feeding * Occasional Medication Pickup from Hospital

Experience & Requirements

* Prior caregiving experience preferred * CNA, PCW, or RN credentials required (for applicable pay rates) * Must pass a background check * Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required
