Experienced Caregiver Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour Service Areas: Mishawaka and surrounding areas Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Every Other Weekend *(This is not a PRN position)*

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Support safe mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Provide transportation and assist with errands as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced caregivers with a passion for helping others
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen and national background check
• Current TB test
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Dementia care experience preferred
