About the Role

Dream Believe Inspire Home Care is hiring dependable overnight caregivers for a private-pay client in Howe, IN. This is a one-on-one, total-care position for an elderly, bedridden gentleman who is non-ambulatory and needs full assistance. We're hiring two caregivers to cover the week — one working 4 nights, one working 3 nights. Immediate start.

What You'll Do

• Provide complete personal care, including incontinence care and repositioning
• Assist with all activities of daily living
• Prepare meals: cook and store lunch and dinner for the next day, make fresh breakfast in the morning, and clean the kitchen before your shift ends
• Keep the client's area clean and tidy (light housekeeping)
• Monitor the client overnight and provide companionship

What We're Looking For

• Caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience preferred
• Comfortable with total-care and incontinence care
• Comfortable cooking simple, home-style daily meals
• Dependable and punctual — someone the family can count on
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to Howe, IN

Schedule

• Overnight shifts, 10:00 PM–9:00 AM
• Full-time (4 nights/week) and Part-time (3 nights/week) positions available
• 7 nights/week of coverage needed — weekends included

Compensation

Competitive — discussed at interview

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
