Caregiver / CNA – Palm Desert, CA

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers and CNAs to join our growing team in the Palm Desert area. If you are passionate about providing quality care and enjoy supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or CNA experience preferred
• Current CNA certification welcomed but not required for caregiver positions
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with California state regulations

Pay: $20.73 - $22.78 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
