Caregiver

Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic caregiver to assist Miss Dixie in her home setting. Miss Dixie is a pleasant and social woman who is excited to begin services and is looking for someone who brings positivity, patience, professionalism, and motivation into her daily routine.

The ideal caregiver will be self-motivated, prompt, trustworthy, and able to provide both attendant care and homemaker assistance while encouraging independence, dignity, and comfort within the home.

Responsibilities

Attendant Care Duties

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Medication reminders
• Monitor client safety and overall well-being
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage independence while offering appropriate assistance

Homemaker Duties

• Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment
• Meal preparation and kitchen clean-up
• Laundry and linen changes
• Assistance organizing household items
• Grocery assistance or household errands if authorized
• Ensure home remains safe and comfortable for the client

Requirements

Schedule

• Approximately 35 hours weekly
• Flexible scheduling may be discussed based on client needs
