• Position: Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Assistant
• Location: Milwaukee metro area & surrounding suburbs
• Shifts: Mid-shift (12pm to 8pm)

#### Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Transfer clients safely using equipment including Hoyer lifts
• Manage incontinence care and catheter maintenance
• Monitor vital signs like blood pressure and glucose
• Help with medication reminders and meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, errands, and client transportation
• Document care activities accurately per care plans

#### Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide preferred
• Comfortable providing full personal and medical support care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle required
• Dependable, communicative, and professional attitude
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Authorized to work in the United States

#### Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable working in homes with pets and smokers
• Available for last-minute shift coverage
