Caregiver for Personal care and Homemaking service - Spanish speaking

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing, grooming, dressing
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfers
• Cooking/Feeding/Meal Preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) as needed
• Assist with medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings (if applicable)
• Observe and report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
• Participate in all required orientation, training, competency and in-service programs as scheduled ad necessary per Agency policy

*Requirements:*

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Proof of prior and /or current flu immunization
• Bilingual Spanish-Speaking
