Job Description

Rose Valley Senior Living is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our team in a calm, family-style assisted living home.

We are a small, five-bed assisted living home with supportive owners who truly respect and appreciate our caregivers.

We are currently hiring multiple caregivers for day, night, and 24-hour shifts. Flexible availability is highly preferred, especially for caregivers who can work a combination of shifts and weekends.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• Housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean home
• Providing medication assistance
• Provide companionship and activities
• Assist residents with dementia and memory-related needs
• Monitor resident safety and respond when needed
• Communicate important updates to management

Schedule & Compensation

• 24-Hour Shift: Flat rate = $200 per 24-hour shift. Overnight hours: you can sleep; just remain available if needed.
• Day or Night Shift Only: Flat rate = $100 per shift.

Schedules are based on facility needs and caregiver availability. We are especially interested in dependable caregivers who can work different shifts to help maintain consistent coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable, kind, patient, and attentive
• Comfortable assisting with personal care
• Able to prepare nutritious meals
• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• Med Tech certified or willing to become certified
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and good communication skills
