What This Role Involves

You’ll provide hands-on, in-home support to elderly individuals and adults who rely on compassionate, dependable care.

Your responsibilities may include

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Preparing meals based on dietary needs
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Monitoring changes in health or behavior
• Documenting care accurately and consistently

This is real responsibility. This is work that directly impacts someone’s independence and dignity.

Schedule Options

We offer flexibility based on availability

• Patient and emotionally steady
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically able to assist with mobility (lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Calm under pressure
• Willing to learn

Caregiving experience (home care, CNA, assisted living, DSP) is a plus — but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Kansas Driver’s License
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Hoyer Lift Trained
• Gait Belt Trained
• Experience working with Colostomy or Catheter bags
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Required

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License or Kansas ID
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Live in the Eldorado/Augusta area Be available to work Tuesday through Thursday 12:00pm-4:30pm.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
