Caregiver (HCA Certified) – Golden Hope Services

Describe the Job: Golden Hope Services is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our registry and provide quality in-home care to seniors across the Bay Area. If you have a heart for helping others and meet our certification requirements, we'd love to hear from you. Job Overview: As a caregiver with Golden Hope Services, you will provide non-medical home care support to elderly clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. This is a W-2 employment position with flexible short and long shift opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility support and transfers
• Prepare and assist with meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to office/supervisor
• Maintain accurate care documentation

Experience

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (facility or in-home). New HCA-certified caregivers are welcome to apply.

Pay Rate

$25/hr for short shifts $22/hr + OT for long shifts (e.g., 12-hour shifts) OT Rate: 1.5x
