Helping Hearts USA LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled caregivers to provide high-quality, hands-on care for a bedbound client in the Downtown Nashville area.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of dignity, patience, safety, consistency, and emotional support when caring for clients with higher levels of need.

This client requires a caregiver who is confident, observant, professional, and experienced with personal care, repositioning, skin integrity, blood sugar support, and daily comfort care.

Skills Needed for a Bedbound Client

The ideal caregiver should be comfortable and experienced with

Communication Skills

Ability to clearly communicate with the client, family members, office team, and other healthcare providers to understand and support the client’s needs.

Patient Observation and Assessment

Ability to observe and report changes in the client’s physical, emotional, and psychological condition, including any signs of discomfort, decline, skin concerns, or changes in behavior.

Personal Care Support

Knowledge of proper techniques for assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene care, and maintaining the client’s dignity at all times.
