Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

* Provide companionship and emotional support. * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. * Perform light housekeeping and laundry. * Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and authorized duties. * Assist with transfers, walking, and mobility needs as trained and assigned. * Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands when required. * Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately. * Report changes in a client's condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the office promptly. * Respect clients' privacy, personal belongings, dietary needs, and dignity at all times. * Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care within the caregiver's training and assigned responsibilities. *

Qualifications

* At least five years of caregiving experience in home care, senior care, or a related setting. Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and reliable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries. * Willingness to participate in required training and background studies. * Ability to meet the physical demands of assigned care duties. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance if driving is required. * Must meet applicable Minnesota employment and background-study requirements. *
