Caregiver / HHA / Companion — Quincy, Weymouth & South Shore

We'll tell you what the job pays before you apply. Most home care postings say "competitive pay." Here's ours, up front: - Companion caregiver: $22/hr - Respite caregiver: $23/hr - Personal care aide (CNA, HHA, or PCA): $24/hr - Overnight awake: $24/hr - Dementia & complex care: $26/hr $0.50 raise at six months, $1.00 at twelve. Holidays at time and a half. Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate. Travel time between clients is paid. You're a W-2 employee, not a contractor. Background-checked before your first shift. Owner-led agency — Amalia hires you and answers the phone when something goes wrong. Small caseloads, schedules that fit real life, paid training.

Serving Quincy, Weymouth, Braintree, and nearby Norfolk County towns.

What we ask

- Reliability

- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a car

- Authorization to work in the U.S.

- Clean CORI

- CNA/HHA/PCA for personal care roles (companion roles need no certification)

Bilingual caregivers especially welcome: Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Spanish.
