About the Caregiver Role

Oriental Care LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide essential in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily living tasks. Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility, safe transfers, and bed mobility
• Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Offer medication reminders and ADL supervision
• Assist with errands, light transportation, and shopping
• Escort clients to medical or community appointments
• Support reading, writing, rituals, and social activities
• Document visits using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

Qualifications

• Meet Pennsylvania Direct Care Worker requirements
• Reliable transportation required
• Pass criminal background screening & health checks
• Completion of state-mandated training and orientation
• Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills
