ComForCare Home Care is urgently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for an immediate private-duty home care opportunity in Manchester Township, NJ 08759.

We have a client who needs reliable, compassionate assistance in the comfort of his home. We're looking for caregivers who take pride in their work and want to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS – 7 DAYS A WEEK

• Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM (3 hours)
• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hours)
• Monday through Sunday
• Up to 42 hours of care available per week
• Consistent, recurring weekly schedule
• Morning shifts, evening shifts, or both
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Multiple caregivers may be hired to cover the schedule
• Immediate start available for qualified candidates
• You do NOT need to be available for all seven days! Let us know which shifts and days work best for you.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will provide one-on-one care for a 78-year-old gentleman who needs assistance with mobility, daily activities, and personal care.

Responsibilities include

• Assisting with safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Personal care, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assistance before and after dialysis appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• The client uses a walker and wheelchair and has lower-extremity amputations. Experience assisting clients with mobility limitations and transfers is strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification
• Experience with personal care and mobility assistance
• Reliable transportation to Manchester, NJ 08759
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Comfortable wearing scrubs while on duty
• Ability to safely perform required duties in accordance with the client's care plan
