• Provide one-on-one care and support to seniors and adults in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medication
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
• Collaborate with the Modani Care team to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
