What You'll Do as a Caregiver

As a caregiver or home health aide, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include

• Companionship & Conversation
• Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation
• Personal Care Assistance (Bathing, Grooming, Toileting)
• Medication Reminders
• Mobility Assistance & Transfers
• Transportation to Appointments and Social Activities
• Dementia and Alzheimer's Support
• Other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

Our in-home caregivers are carefully matched with clients based on skills, availability, and personality compatibility.

Caregiver Requirements

--------------------------

• Ability to commute throughout Northwest Indiana
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Vehicle with Personal Auto Insurance
• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen
• Compassionate, Dependable, and Professional Attitude

Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), CNA, direct support professional, personal care aide, or nursing assistant is helpful but not required.
