What You'll Do:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Build Meaningful Connections

Provide companionship and emotional support by

• Sharing conversations and building lasting relationships
• Preparing meals together
• Working on puzzles or crafts
• Watching favorite TV shows or movies
• Listening to music
• Enjoying time outdoors or participating in other enjoyable activities

Assist with Personal Care

Help clients with activities of daily living, including

• Personal hygiene
• Grooming
• Dressing and other personal care needs

Support Daily Living

Assist clients with everyday tasks such as

• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Light organization
• Household tasks that promote independence

Light Housekeeping

Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home by assisting with

• Laundry
• Changing bed linens
• Light cleaning and tidying
• General household upkeep

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Reliable and punctual
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation is required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.00 per hour (higher starting wages may be available based on experience)
