Always Best Care Senior Services - The Woodlands is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team!

Location: MONTGOMERY, TX 77356

Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Schedule: Morning Shift

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• *Minimum of 3 years of professional Caregiving experience.*
• *Must be able to work independently in the field with confidence and professionalism.*
• *Previous experience caring for seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease is REQUIRED.*
• *Knowledge and hands-on experience in Memory Care.*
• *Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation REQUIRED.*
• *Must be patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive to seniors individual needs.*
• *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*
• *Comfortable around small dogs. NO PET CARE RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED.*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• *Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors.*
• *Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.*
• *Provide companionship and emotional support.*
• *Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment.*
• *Apply appropriately dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care techniques.*
• *Monitor and communicate changes in the clients condition.*
• *Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.*
