In this meaningful role, you’ll provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. What You’ll Do

* Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance * Offer encouragement, emotional support, and genuine companionship * Accompany residents on community outings and fun recreational activities * Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care * Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment * Document resident progress and communicate needs or concerns with care and professionalism * Work alongside healthcare providers, families, and team members to develop and follow individualized care plans

What You Bring

* High school diploma or GED * Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!) * Strong communication and people skills * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit * Ability to pass a background check * CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training provided) * Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
