Position: Care Provider- Memory Care FT & PT

Shifts, Time, and Days: FT AM Shift 6am to 2pm Sunday through Thursday

FT PM Shift 2pm to 10pm Tuesday through Saturday

PT AM Shift 6am to 2pm Friday through Saturday

PT PM Shift 2pm to 10pm Sunday through Monday

NOC FT 10pm to 6am Sunday & Monday

NOC PT 10pm to 6am Tuesday through Saturday

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00
