As a Caregiver at Pacific Grove, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of individuals, providing personalized assistance with daily living activities, while also promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents
• Assist with medication management, meal preparation and distribution, and other daily tasks as needed
• Foster strong relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive living environment
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
• Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination
