Delta Homecare - Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Smyrna, TN. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home services to our clients, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and personal care. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry
• Assist with meal preparation and dishes
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the restroom
• Provide medication reminders and escort clients to appointments
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping and banking

Requirements

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate attitude
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
